That is exactly what Kirk Barden will be doing for every customer from Easter when he launches Mr B‚s ice cream parlour. Having spent nearly a decade making some of the best Cornish ice cream there is, Kirk will be putting his own name to a brand destined to become a firm summer favourite. Why? Because Mr B’s new range of ice creams will be made fresh every day to a unique recipe with no artificial colours or flavourings using a special process known in the trade as artisan.

On offer will be everything from Mr B‚s signature top-of-the-range fresh vanilla ice cream to exotic fresh fruit ice. Then there‚s smoothies and, of course, more fabulous flavours of ice cream than you can shake a cone at.
