Ice Cream Cakes

Perhaps the most exciting addition to our ever extending menu, Ice cream cakes are a continental delight. Each cake can serve up to 14 portions, made up of layers of sponge, semi fredo ice cream, glaze, chocolate curls & amerretto biscuit crumbs to decorate. Pre order by phoning the shop or coming in to discuss your cake contents. Pictures coming soon.

Puddings

As well as being really cool, Mr.B’s is retro too. And as we have a few seats in our ‘Parlour’ inside and out, we’ve gone old school with our puds. Since opening we have catered for a wedding anniversary, a couple of birthday parties, ‘The Brownies’, a treasure hunt, a school project and a couple of business meetings. How nice to enjoy the view of St.Ives whilst devouring a Knickerbocker Glory.

Knickerbocker Glory
A glass full of loveliness. Fresh fruit salad topped with jelly, vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberry sauce, then more fruit, more jelly, strawberry ice cream, more sauce, Cornish clotted cream and our very own wafer.

Banana Split
Vanilla and chocolate ice cream scooped onto two banana halves, lovingly coated in home made chocolate sauce, Cornish clotted cream and a handful of nuts. Heavenly!

Peach Melba
An old fashioned treat…Two peach halves under scoops of Mr B’s signature vanilla, drizzled with fresh strawberry sauce, Cornish clotted cream and a Mr. B’s wafer.

Chocolate Nut Sundae
Vanilla and chocolate ice cream, home made chocolate sauce, nuts and a wafer. It’s simple but simply divine!

Mr B’s Waffle Basket
Choose any three scoops of ice cream or sorbet, served in one of our home made waffle baskets, a spoonful of Cornish clotted cream and a wafer.

Children’s Bowl
Any three scoops in a smaller bowl, srevd with a Mr.B’s wafer.
